We are currently seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work full time in our Victoria office.

**REGULAR DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinating site walk throughs with estimator and maintaining bid calendar.
- Assist estimating team with quote preparation, submission, and tracking.
- Tracking contract documentation for multiple projects concurrently and distributing to appropriate construction team.
- Assist with document/drawing reviews, updates, and distribution.
- Create and maintain digital contract files.
- Create tech files complete with approved shop drawings.
- Create and submit RFIs for construction team.
- Create and track submittals for each project.
- Ensure all contract changes are distributed to construction team
- Prepare and submit project closeout documentation.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Proficiency with PC software, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools (Bluebeam).
- Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have experience prioritizing and completing assignments to meet deadlines.
- Be reliable and discreet due to the sensitive nature of the position.
- Ability to organize and maintain records in a consistent and cohesive manner.
- Position is required to be onsite.

**DEPARTMENT ASSIGNMENT**

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
