**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Truck and Carwash operations cleaning supervisor to oversee daily operations of our car and truck wash facility. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining equipment, scheduling, ensuring high-quality service, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, schedule and coordinate carwash cleaning staff to ensure clean bays and efficient operations
- Monitor the quality of wash and ensure customer satisfaction
- Inspect wash bays and wash equipment to ensure regular maintenance and minimize downtime
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies as well as their MSDS records
- Hire and train car/truck cleaning employees on proper wash procedures, safety protocols, upselling and customer service
- Ensure compliance with regulations as well as with health and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor daily sales and prepare reports for management
- Prepare budget, cost estimates and keep financial records
- Implement and maintain cost-effective and efficient cleaning operational practices

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary school diploma is required but will consider 2-year technical diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read and write in English language
- Previous experience in a car/truck wash cleaning facility is a must
- A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role is required
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of carwash equipment and troubleshooting
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and in various weather conditions

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and scheduling software is an advantage
- Ability to develop new account leads

Knowledge of car/truck detailing and heavy-duty vehicle wash processes

Pay: $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
