Class 1 Driver - Tandem Truck & Quad Trailer

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate tandem trucks and quad trailers for hauling gravel and other construction materials
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety
- Follow directions from dispatch and field supervisors to meet delivery timelines
- Adhere to OH&S safety standards and company driving policies
- Accurately complete required driving logs and documentation

Qualifications:

- Valid Class 1 driver’s license in good standing
- Air Brake Endorsement
- Completion of a Defensive Driving Course is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and clear communication (oral and written)
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
- Experience hauling gravel or aggregates is strongly preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with changing conditions

Job Details:

- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends as required
- Employment Type: Full-time, Seasonal
- Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, with overtime pay
