**Contexte et but du rôle**
L’associé d’analyse client relève directement du gestionnaire des analyses. Ce poste est responsable de fournir un soutien analytique ainsi et que d’apporter des recommandations à l’équipe du développements de la clientèle.
**Principales responsabilités**
Formuler des observations, dévoiler les tendances ainsi que recommander des idées pour améliorer les ventes, à l’aide de diverses sources de données telles que le POS client, AC Nielsen, l’information sur les expéditions, l’activité concurrentielle du marché et les sources de planification internes.
Développer et maintenir des rapports de planification, de prévision, de tendances du marché pour aider à analyser les performances d’Unilever et de nos clients.
Lorsqu’on vous présentera une problématique d’affaires, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la recherche de la solution. Le choix des données ainsi que comment les utiliser pour prendre les bonnes décisions sera important dans le succès de la solution proposée. Votre capacité de présenter ces informations d’une façon percutante contribuera à la prise de décision.
Voici quelques autres exemples de types de responsabilités ; fournir des indicateurs clés basés sur l’historique des activités promotionnelles, aider à la préparation des rapports pour les revues d’affaires et faire des recommandations d’assortiment ainsi que d’outils de marchandisage. Les responsabilités inclues aussi la création et la gestion des priorités de bannière pour les représentants ainsi que les feuillets de vente.
**Exigences et compétences**:
Diplôme de premier cycle requis
Expérience analytique antérieure (un atout)
Leadership et esprit entrepreneurial
Motivé, désir de contribuer au succès de l’équipe, attitude axée sur la solution
Souci du détail, excellente capacité de gestion des priorités et de la charge de travail
De solides compétences analytiques - capacité maximiser l’utilisation de la technologie et des outils tels qu’Excel, tableaux croisés dynamiques, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI ou Visualisation de données pour passer de l’observation à la recommandation.
L’expérience avec Nielsen et la manipulation de données (MTrack, Homescan, etc.) est un atout.
Travaille bien en équipe (exposition significative aux équipes interfonctionnelles)
Curieux dans la nature et un désir constant d’apprendre.
Désir de de développer dans le but de grandir dans l’entreprise et passer à d’autres niveaux de gestion.

**JOB PURPOSE**
The Customer Analytics Associate reports directly to the Analytics Lead. This position is responsible for providing analytical support & insights to Sales Teams within Canada
The focus of the Customer Analytics Associate position is to provide analytical support on Unilever’s Customers regarding customer management information. The position is responsible for proactively analyzing and reviewing information on current business, identifying opportunities or potential problems within information being analyzed and other tasks as assigned.
**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Draw observation and deliver trends & insights related to a customer and category. You will be using diverse data sources including Customer Sales, AC Nielsen, Shipment information, competitive market activity, and internal planning sources
- Executing and maintaining reports for performance, planning, forecasting and trends to aid in analyzing Unilever’s and our customers’ performance
- When presented with a business problem, you will play a key role in leveraging data and visualization tools to aid in decision making and to illustrate insights and recommendations from data.
