**Accounting Technician, Fixed Assets**

**Department**: Accounting

**Location**: Laval, QC (4204 boulevard Industriel, H7L 0E3)

**Type of employment**: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)

**THE ROLE**

Under the responsibility of the Asset Manager, within the Capital Asset team, the Technician will provide valuable assistance to the Capital Analyst by ensuring that capital invoices comply with the company's policy, make accounting entries, complete end-of-period files.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

We want you to join our team Here's what we're looking for:
**Education**:

- DEC in Accounting;

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting;

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Excellent command of office automation tools such as Excel and Word;
- Be thorough, autonomous and show initiative;
- Ability to manage priorities while respecting deadlines;
**Language skills**:

- Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written, as the person will be required to work and communicate regularly in English while performing the tasks outlined above. Specifically, the role requires collaboration with global teams.
