Accounting Technician – 2 to 3-month Contract

Bedard HR earns 4 independent recognitions within the industry Bedard Resources is seeking an accounting technician for one of its clients, a company specialized in regional and sector-specific tourism. Located on the North Shore, this experienced technician will support the management controller in their daily tasks. Do you have strong accounting experience and are numbers your thing? Send us your application Tasks Verify data transfers between point-of-sale systems and the accounting system. Monitor bank deposits and ensure proper cashing. Validate weekly transactions recorded by the centers (e.g., arcade and subscription revenues). Participate in month-end activities: journal entries and account reconciliations (cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, loans, etc.). Prepare weekly and monthly Excel reports. Follow up on accounts receivable. Process invoices. Perform any other related tasks to support the accounting team. Advantages Quick entry into the position. 2 days of remote work per week (after training). Friendly work environment.
