**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining budgetary goals.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and sales reporting.
- Implement promotional strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inviting shopping experience for customers.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in sales management with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes to assist in financial planning.
- Previous experience in store management or as a clerk is preferred.
- A positive attitude with the ability to motivate others and foster teamwork.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
