We are seeking a full-time Medical Clinical Assistant to join our office to cover a maternity leave. We are four Family Physicians who are part of the North York Family Health Team. We are looking to hire immediately for this role which offers Monday - Friday daytime only hours. We offer a collegial work environment and a pleasant patient population.

General responsibilities of this job include: bringing patients into examining rooms and preparing them for their visit, gathering vitals and body measurements, communicating important information to patients and staff, and helping with the general flow of the office

Qualifications include, having an excellent bedside manner, strong communication skills, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, must be accurate and detail oriented, strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. In addition computer skills and EMR experience (Accuro) is extremely important to this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-8 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-02-03
