Under the supervision of the Chef, the line cook will be responsible for the overall production, preparation & presentation of food items for our a la carte menu.

**Description of main responsibilities**:

- Cook and prepare the necessary food items as directed and in accordance with standards
- Adhere to standardized recipes and specifications in order to maintain consistency
- Keep work station clean and organized including fridges/freezers, counter tops and stove tops

**Requirements of the position**:

- Experience in full service restaurant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Licence/Certification:
