Job Description:
T Shah is a growing Paralegal Firm. We are looking for a Licensed Paralegal to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This individual must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field, having conducted numerous settlements, and LAT case conferences. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 200-250 AB files Negotiate settlements
- Must be capable of running file proactively from intake to resolution
- Must have knowledge of the LAT process
- License must be in good standing with the Law Society.
- Able to conduct client intake
- Capable of performing any other professional task assigned by the firm.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Must have 5 years of Paralegal experience in a Personal Injury law firm/ Paralegal Firm.
- Exceptional knowledge of the SABS Experience in handling and settling claims
- Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong drafting organizational, analytical and research skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Licensed Paralegal: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Paralegal License (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-02-17
