**Accounts Receivable Representative**:
Are you a recent graduate and looking to kick start your career in accounting? This is a great opportunity for you In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial & administrative support to the accounting department. In addition, you will be responsible for gathering outstanding balances on unsettled accounts, resolving customers’ problems, and administering transactions. **Responsibilities**:

- Scrutinize and resolve escalations regarding accounts receivable issues
- Reconcile customer accounts regarding inconsistencies
- Reconciling customer accounts for inconsistencies
- Create collection reports and assist with analyzing those reports
- Generate one-time invoices and send to customers
- Reconcile statements of client accounts
- Verification of orders before billed

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Customer service experience
- Technology savvy and ability to learn quickly
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication skills
