Job Description_
So, what will your new role look like?_
As an Advisor, Total rewards, you will contribute to management of compensation plans and structures by conducting various analyses both on external and internal data. You will also participate to salary administration and to development or management of incentive and benefits programs.
- Lead the salary reviews processes from planning to execution, including communication
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence;
- Evaluate the organizations jobs, document responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions;
- Prepare and maintain job architecture and internal equity;
- Perform various compensation-related analysis to support compensation-related decisions;
- Acts a primary inquiring point on compensation/benefits questions for new hires and changes for existing employees resulting from job reclassification, promotion, annual cycle, bonus, commissions etc.;
- Prepare compensation recommendations for managers and recruiters regarding external hires, internal promotions, lateral moves and salary increases;
- Ensure proper coordination/project management of various initiatives undertaken by the compensation team.
- So, what does a typical week look like?_
- Project management: 30%
- Advising and supporting hiring managers/recruiters through salary discussions and analysis’ 30%
- Analysis/Excel/Market review: 40%

**What does your future team look like?**
You’ll be part of a small team of compensation experts. Given the critical impact compensation can have on GSoft in today’s very competitive tech job market, the team works closely with several other experts within the Culture & Organization function to build a complete employee experience including of course a competitive compensation package that will ensure a prominent place for GSoft in its industry.
- What are the newest challenges awaiting your team?_
- Recruiting across Canada and adapting our compensation structures to this new reality;
- Continuous improvement and standardization of our job benchmarking processes;
- Contribute to the development of a more complete and competitive compensation package including perks, incentives, salaries etc.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in compensation and/or Human resources
- Proficient with compensation research and data analysis
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Strong project management skills
- Business acumen
- Strong balancing act capacity
