**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in men's clothing
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Friendly, professional, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
