Woven Stone Co. is hiring a part-time sales associate for the busy market season taking place from beginning of May to end September 2025. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our growing team

Handcrafted in Victoria, BC, Woven Stone Co. is an Artisan Jewelry business, creating unique and meaningful west-coast gemstone jewelry for everyday. Our brand encourages the authentic connection to one's self, nature, and eachother. Because the sales associate is the face and voice of our company, we are seeking an individual that embodies these values.

Market events will take place downtown Victoria in Bastion Square every Thursday-Sunday from 10:00am - 5:30pm. There is also the possibility of being scheduled the occasional Thursday evening market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have reliable transportation to and from market events with the ability to transport the full market setup.
- Must have somewhere to safely store the market setup for the duration of the market season.
- Attend markets on behalf of Woven Stone Co.
- Meet weekly/monthly for inventory restocks and to go over sales goals
- Provide information to customers and answers their questions about products and the brand
- Connect with and provide a positive experience for guests
- Process all payments by cash or credit accurately and efficiently
- Set up and take down of market tent, displays and products
- Create and maintain aesthetically-pleasing displays
- Keep track of inventory
- Represent Woven Stone Co. in a professional and positive way at all times

**Knowledge & Skills Required:/ Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to make sales and promote the products and brand
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Willingness to learn about gemstones and crystals

We offer a competitive hourly wage as well as a commission on sales. All necessary training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Commission
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $18.50-$30.00 per hour
