**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Dismantle and repair vehicles as per insurance guidelines and standards at the collision repair shop
- Use frame machines to straighten bent frames and unitized bodies
- Remove badly damaged sections of vehicles (for example, roof, rear body panels) and attach new sections
- Repair damage to body panels and components made of a variety of materials
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles and create repair plans.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of repaired vehicles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fully licensed in the province of Ontario.
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Repair, and Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
