With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our **Camco Acura & BMW Collision Centre** located at **Camco Acura** is looking for an **Auto Body and Collision Technician** to join the team. **Responsibilities**: - General body technician responsibilities include; repair and replacing all components in and outside of a vehicle, experience with colour matching, prepping and painting, use of a variety of body repair tools, etc. - Responsible for helping maintain the condition of state-of-the-art equipment and tools made available to perform duties. - Open to ongoing support and training provided by the company for professional development needs. - Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed. - Inspect repaired vehicles and test drive vehicles for proper handling. **Qualifications** - Experience as a Body Shop Technician - Highly skilled in body repairs - High attention to detail/organization/time management - Strong interpersonal skills - Clean driving record - Hold a licensed as an Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer **Salary**: From $24.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Extended health care - On-site parking Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: - Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - auto body repair: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Red Seal license (required) Work Location: In person
