The person we are looking for will have the ability to work well as a team and as an individual. They will be organized, be able to multitask, meet deadlines and have a very strong attention to detail while being able to handle a large volume of invoices. Some of the duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Accounts payable duties for both Southgate Volkswagen & Southgate Audi i.e entering invoices, matching vendor statements, cheque runs and credit card payments.
- Reconcile/post the previous days transactions
- Bi-weekly payroll
- Order office supplies
- Enter factory car invoices
- Some reception duties
- Various month end responsibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
