**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on **Lead Hand** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in leading a small crew, understands the ins and outs of hardscaping and pool installations, and is committed to delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.

As Lead Hand, you'll be responsible for overseeing job site activities, supporting and guiding team members, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard of workmanship and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and work alongside crew members on the installation of pools, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features
- Ensure projects are progressing according to plan, specifications, and timelines
- Operate and maintain various power tools, equipment, and machinery
- Drive company vehicles and trailers to and from job sites
- Safely transport and handle heavy materials
- Read and interpret landscape designs and construction drawings
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and the CareMore team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Train and mentor less experienced crew members
- Report progress, challenges, and needs to management

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Valid G-class driver’s license (clean driving record required)
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer with confidence
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or pool installation
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques related to hardscaping and pool construction
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work in winter doing snow removal

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
