CareMore Landscaping Inc. is an award-winning pool and hardscaping company with over 11 years of experience creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces across the Durham Region. **About the Role**:
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working **Team Member** to join our landscaping crew. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and thrives in a team environment. You’ll play a hands-on role in building everything from pools and patios to retaining walls and garden features.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Assisting with the installation of pools, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscaping features
- Preparing job sites, moving materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Operating small tools and equipment (training provided)
- Supporting the team in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Communicating respectfully with team members and clients
- Learning and growing alongside a skilled and supportive crew

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
- Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn
- Landscaping or construction experience is required
- A valid driver’s license

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Oshawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
