**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring that timelines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Utilize project management tools such as Basecamp, Project Server, and SharePoint to track project milestones and documentation.
- Facilitate team meetings to discuss project status, address challenges, and promote collaboration among team members.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes and improve project outcomes.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure adherence to established parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide updates on project deliverables.
- Implement PMBOK guidelines and methodologies to enhance project efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or management roles.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in using tools like Workday for resource management and reporting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent data analysis skills for interpreting complex information and making informed decisions.
- Knowledge of product management principles is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
