This position will be part of our In-Store Marketing team, the largest division of its kind in Canada. **What you will do**

  • Manage the critical path of In-store signage, and POP projects, providing the project team with the information they require to meet deadlines and deliver a successful product and customer experience, on time, every time
  • Responsible for working with all phases of production to oversee concept to completion for In-store signage, POP, Billing, Trackers, etc.
  • Manage the day-to-day assigned projects through the implementation, maintenance and support of account specific production processes and workflows.
  • The timely review of production status of the program(s) work-in-process as required to ensure established process deadlines are being supported and met.
  • You will collaborate with cross functional teams and attend project status meetings as required. You will be responsible to ensure teams are fully briefed on all project information and relate this information to the following: clients, Graphic Designers, Customer Service Representatives, design and development, sales, logistics, pre-production and finance.
  • Provide regular updates on status of projects.
  • Ensure internal team and client is fully briefed and has all information necessary to proceed with project.
  • Support internal team with client follow-up on outstanding program/project assets and information.
  • Deliver client feedback to internal team in a timely and diplomatic manner.
  • Ensure the team is aware of any risks to timelines when schedules are not adhered.
  • Oversee and guide all phases of production from receipt to successful delivery of a quality product.
  • Completion of billing in a timely manner.
  • The development and maintenance of positive working relationships among co-workers, client(s), and ensure that established account objectives are met.
  • Support company and account objectives and to prepare as required.
  • Collaborate with co-workers in developing, documenting and implementing standard operation procedures (SOPs).
  • The provision of aid to co-workers in developing and documenting a common understanding of accounts specific client processes and workflow.
  • The provision of departmental backup support for account specific internal customer service needs as required.

**What you have to offer**

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in project management or related industry (or work experience equivalent)
  • Retail print and/or fixture project coordinator, project manager, or program manager is an asset
  • Demonstrated success in dealing with others
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience collaborating and working within a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to perform under pressure and communication skills
  • Knowledge of creative design an asset
  • Results and detail oriented
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related position
