Nous sommes à la recherche d'un support O365 pour travailler avec l'un de nos client, basé à Montréal

**MISSIONS ET OBJECTIFS**:
La principale responsabilité du support sera d'assurer la stabilité, la disponibilité et la performance des infrastructures infonuagiques des différents bureaux du client.

Le support sera responsable de fournir un support pour les plateformes Office 365, Azure et Okta. Il assurera le support aux utilisateurs et techniciens, développera et gérera une base de connaissances, travaillera selon une approche Agile et jouera le rôle d'expert en support de niveau 2 pour Office 365. Une étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes TI et les fournisseurs du client sera nécessaire pour garantir un environnement conforme aux normes et processus établis.

Le support sera également un expert lors des projets et initiatives TI liés à l'infonuagique. Il sera chargé de transférer les connaissances et de mettre en œuvre les solutions opérationnelles.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Offrir un soutien technique pour les plateformes Office 365, Azure et Okta.
- Assister les utilisateurs et les techniciens en résolvant les problèmes techniques.
- Élaborer et gérer une base de connaissances.
- Travailler selon une approche Agile.
- Agir en tant qu'expert en support de niveau 2 pour Office 365.
- Effectuer une surveillance technologique des nouvelles fonctionnalités, mises à niveau et services.
- Documenter et mettre à jour les processus et la documentation opérationnelle.
- Accomplir toutes autres tâches connexes.

**PROFIL**
- Une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en support à la clientèle et 5 ans dans un rôle similaire axé sur les opérations.
- Connaissance des technologies suivantes : PowerShell, Exchange Online/2019, Suite Office, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Fédération d'identité, Dynamics 365, Power Platform.
- Expérience en gestion de la fédération des identités, avec une connaissance d'Azure AD (atout : OKTA).
- Expérience dans un environnement hybride.
- Expérience en gestion de bases de connaissances.
- Expérience de travail selon une approche Agile.

Certifications souhaitées:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty (atout)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Okta Certified Professional (atout)
- Autres certifications pertinentes en sécurité, réseau ou développement
