**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Setup and operation of Programs and Parts for machining
- Changing Tooling in the mill including tool holders and cutters
- Setting up and running 4th axis machining programs
- Operating CNC mill
- Routine cleaning and maintenance of the machinery
- Ensuring the production of quality parts
- Meeting production targets set by management
- Managing and maintaining raw material levels for production based on daily scheduling
- Other duties as assigned to assist your fellow hard-working team members
- Adhering to all Evolution Wheel Safety standards and policies
- Forklift Operator Certificate
- Ability to lift 50 - 70 lbs
- CNC Operating experience
- Ability to work alone and with a team
- Detail-oriented and committed to making a quality product above all else
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing including 5S and experience is considered an asset

**Additional Job Information**
- Employees will be required to provide their own steel toe boots and wear them at all times. All other PPE for this position will be provided by Evolution Wheel.

**About Us**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- CNC Operating: 2 years (preferred)
