WestCoast Doctors of Optometry is a leading Optometry clinic in the Lower Mainland. We have 5 locations in the Greater Vancouver area. Our team of Doctors and Patient Care Workers help people everyday with exams and issues relating to their eyes, while also providing top notch 5-Star customer service.

Our service is so good that we have to expand our team to meet the demand. At this time, we are looking to add a Remote Medical Admin person. This role will start by handling calls and admin work from home; but will later be working from our Richmond Location or Burnaby location.

Here are the responsibilities:

- Cover any holes at any of our 5 locations during your remote shift if need be.
- Take phone calls, answer questions, and book patients
- Take on additional projects as provided by the manager
- Work onsite when needed at any of our locations in the lower mainland

You must have the following:

- Reliable transportation in the event of coverage
- Computer
- Reliable Internet

In addition to the above. We are looking for someone who:

- Pays attention to detail
- Reliable with shifts
- Self manages themselves
- Can retain information and learning

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
