**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times
- Load and unload trucks (must be capable of lifting 50+ lbs regularly)
- Follow and enforce all safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License **(required)**:

- Clean Criminal Record Check **(required)**:

- Clean Driver’s Abstract **(required)**:

- Forklift operating experience (certification an asset)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proven reliability and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Safety-focused mindset
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
