As Branch Manager you will play an essential role in developing and supporting the business plans, leadership development, and satisfaction of customers for the dealership. Be a part of the future of agriculture in one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations You will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
**You will**:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Managers and staff to ensure that all departments are working together to achieve our goals
- Develop and retain key talent, create vision and excitement focused on customer support and engagement
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and General Manager on key customer accounts
- Execute the branch business, sales and marketing plans
- Manage annual goals and budgets to align with financial and operational objectives
- Ensure the dealership’s reputation and image in the community is consistent with the organization’s values, vision, and mission
- Manage in cooperation with Department Managers and Human Capital recruiting, staffing and employee development
- Collaborate with all departments to deliver exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, external partners, and customers
- Oversee branch maintenance, security, and professional appearance
**You have**:
- Education in Business, Marketing or related field, equivalent education/experience may be considered
- 3+ years management experience in increasingly responsible roles
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating others
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge/familiarity with ag industry, John Deere/competitive products
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and goals
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
