**PSYC 300 -**Theories of Career Development**

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:A minimum of a Master's degree required (PhD preferred) in career development theory, and practice and teaching in career counselling both general (broad-based) and specific (career-focused). Degree credentials in psychology are preferred but applicants with degrees in other related behavioural science disciplines will be considered.

- Non-doctoral prepared employees: $243.25 prorated per block, per biweekly pay and/or $31.01 per hour._
- Doctoral prepared employees: $252.98 prorated per block, per biweekly pay and/or $32.24 per hour._
