The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the building maintenance, including preventative and predictive maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds and mechanical systems. The supervisor is also in charge of coordinating with outside service providers to meet the buildings' needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain protocols and programs to ensure quality service.
- Monitor the condition of equipment, building, and grounds to identify potential problems and take corrective action as necessary.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of school facilities, vehicles, and machines.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure quality of workmanship and materials.
- Ensure that repairs are completed on time.
- Oversee the installation of new facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
