We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated **Yard Forklift Operator** to join our growing team in our Distribution Centre pipe yard located in Edmonton, AB. You will be required to work in all climate conditions, be capable of lifting 30 pounds repeatedly, and are prepared to meet any challenge.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Perform duties in accordance with Corporate safety standards
- Follow & abide by company’s safety policies & procedures
- Report Safety and Security issues to your direct supervisor.
- Accurately select and set up orders to ship - usually same-day.
- Work proficiently against Productivity and Quality targets.
- Maintain a strict housekeeping standard.
- Load / unload Flatbed and Dry Van tractor trailers.
- Receive product from other locations
- Communicate with Shippers on load setup and picking requirements on dual-zone orders.
- Deal directly with Customers and Drivers
- Be available and assist in yearly Inventory count.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a High-School or equivalent
- Knowledge in Forklift operation and Safety practices considered an asset
- Excellent written & verbal skills.
- Able to work in team environment

- Pay rate $24.90/hr (plus $1.50/hr premium for hours worked in the yard)
