**Job Overview**

Reporting to VP of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of a variety of the HR department's responsibilities. This position will interact closely with other internal team members as well as suppliers, and customers. For this role, there will be time sensitive processes and documents as well as confidentiality requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Human Resources:_
- Maintain the HRIS system
- Maintain records and documents including any legislative updates
- Manage the full cycle talent acquisition process
- Assist with maintaining all personnel files to ensure compliance
- Responsible for all training records and files
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities
- Create reports and monitor the HR departments KPI’s
- Act as an initial employee and leader point of contact and provide the necessary advice/support
- Perform additional HR duties / projects as assigned
- Other responsibilities:_
- Provide support for the year-end external audit process
- Provide coverage of the reception area including answering & forwarding calls
- Act as back-up for various roles as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary education in Human Resources
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a related role
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Proven ability to maintain confidentially
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Adapts & embraces change
- Ability to work extended hours if necessary
- Preferably possess a valid driver's license
