**Exceptional Opportunity**:
Carson Automotive Group requires a results oriented _**Appointment Coordinator **_to join our team. This is a full-time, union position located atour Coastal Ford Vancouver dealership in Vancouver, BC.

**Principal Duties**:

- Responsible for the booking and confirming of service appointments;
- Assists with scheduling shop work;
- Offers exceptional customer service to clients;
- Provides general assistance as requested in the day-to-day operations of the Parts & Service department.

**Position Requirements (minimum experience)**:
