**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Process transactions using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments with precision.
- Assist in merchandising products and promoting upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station.
- Provide product demos and technical sales support as needed, ensuring customers are informed about menu items and promotions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing time efficiently.
- Experience with technology sales or technical sales is a plus, along with knowledge of merchandising techniques.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
