We’re seeking enthusiastic **Servers** who thrive in high-volume environments and love spreading holiday cheer—even when the pace is fast and the music is loud.

**Position Overview**

As a **Server** for Miracle Toronto, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll provide efficient, friendly service while keeping the atmosphere festive and fun. This role requires speed, stamina, and a jolly, guest-first attitude—our team runs as fast as a busy Starbucks, and every interaction should feel like part of the holiday magic.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **High-Volume Service** Deliver food and holiday cocktails quickly and accurately in a loud, fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- **Guest Engagement** Provide warm, festive service with every interaction, making each table feel welcome and celebrated.
- **Work Under Pressure** Stay positive and efficient in a busy, often stressful atmosphere, balancing multiple tables with a smile.
- **Team Collaboration** Partner closely with bartenders, expo staff, and management to keep service seamless—running drinks for one another and communicating constantly.
- **Menu Knowledge** Learn the Miracle menu fully and be confident in recommending cocktails, festive drinks, and snacks.
- **Upselling & Revenue Growth** Use menu knowledge to upsell specials and increase guest check averages while enhancing the overall experience.
- **Cleanliness & Organization** Maintain a tidy section, fully stocked supplies, and readiness for constant table turnover.

**Qualifications**
- **Must Love Christmas** - Passion for the holiday season and the ability to spread cheer in every interaction.
- **High-Volume Experience** - Previous serving experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure bar or restaurant.
- **Guest-Focused** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; naturally guest-first in approach.
- **Positive & Jolly Attitude** - Stay upbeat and festive even in challenging or stressful situations.
- **Multitasking Skills** - Comfortable managing multiple tables in a loud, high-energy setting.
- **Team Player** - Thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving service environment.
- **Flexible Availability** - Must be available evenings, weekends, and key holiday dates, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
- **Certification** - Smart Serve required.
