**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and preferences.
- Prepare cake batter, fillings, and frostings, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Bake cakes
- Collaborate with customers to understand their vision for custom cakes, providing recommendations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, following all food safety regulations.
- Package finished products attractively for delivery or display in the store.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Proficient in baking techniques and cake decorating
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures within the kitchen environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
