**Employment Coordinator - Learn Vocational Rehab from the Ground Up (Courtenay BC)**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Designing and negotiating job placements that fit both clients and employers like a glove
- Supporting clients with on-site job coaching, accommodations, and natural support systems
- Providing job sustainment support for up to 52 weeks to ensure lasting employment success
- Working closely with our dynamic placement team to match the right job with the right person
- Helping real people reach real goals—while having fun doing it

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A background in career development, human services, education, or related fields (diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience)
- A genuine love for working with people of all backgrounds and abilities
- Curiosity, compassion, creativity—and a can-do attitude
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
