Client Care Representative

**CLIENT CARE TEAM MEMBER**
**Role**:
As a Client Care Team Member, you are responsible for actively engaging our clients and their clients. Your role is to support the partners, associates and their clerks by providing excellence in customer service.
**Skill Requirements**:
- Must have excellent telephony skills
- Must be approachable
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize job tasks in order to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to respond effectively and professionally to changes in deadlines and priorities
- Ability to ensure consistent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- A positive, supporting and professional attitude
- A high English proficiency is required
- A secondary language would be considered an asset.
- Should have some working knowledge of Acuity Scheduler, but can train
- Must have knowledge of Office 365
**Duties**:
- Support office staff with required clerical tasks
- Answer inbound calls and transfer to the appropriate departments while acting as a guardian for calls.
- Uploading required documents to software platforms
- Providing client updates as required
- Data entry, simple entry
- Data reporting, simple reporting
- Must be able to make cold outbound calls to help support the Accounts Receivable Litigation Team in advising any opposing parties as to next steps and help with early resolution
- Should have some working knowledge of court procedures, specifically enforcement procedures within the Small Claims Court; however, willing to train.
- Manage calendars, book appointments, direct calls, etc
- Such other tasks as assigned from time to time.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.50 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
