We are looking for 1-2 well-seasoned servers/bartenders (or VERY willing to learn) for our Summer & Fall season at Patio19 BBQ House. This is an ideal job for an individual who loves to get to know the locals, can juggle a full patio and create an exceptional guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Serve food and beverages to guests** (_unbelievable. a server serving._)
- **Bartending** (_so. many. cocktails_. we might even let you try one. just not on shift)
- **Tell guests about menu items** (_don't just say you like everything, that's boring. tell them what they need to try_)
- **Clean and prep the dining areas** (_wipe. sweep. tidy. engineer skills not required._)
- **Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant** (_maybe even learn their names?_)
- **Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion** (_efficient service = tips_)
- **Perform other restaurant duties as assigned** (_we have a great chicken suit waiting for you joking. maybe._)

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience in customer service, hospitality and/or serving is HUGE**:

- **Bartending experience** (_if you have served but not bartended, we are willing to train you_)
- **Must be available weekends and evenings**:

- **Self motivated, able to work during quiet periods AND during a rush**:

- **Sense of humor**(life is hard. laughing is good.)
- **Ability to work well under pressure** (_under pressa'. pushing down on me.._.)
- **Ability to build rapport with guests** (_we have a great community of locals, they can't wait to know everything about you and your grandma_)
- **Excellent communication skills**:
