**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As a FOH Staff Member at Sidekick Brewing, you are an essential part of creating a welcoming, inclusive community hub in Chilliwack. You will be working as a supportive team, providing gracious and knowledgeable service to whomever walks through our doors.

The FOH Staff Member position is suited to applicants with previous serving or bartending experience. This is a part-time or full-time position with a variable shift schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Uphold the values, vision and mission of Sidekick Brewing
- Maintain kitchen menu knowledge including where ingredients are sourced
- Learn and maintain a knowledge of beer styles & appropriate glassware
- Provide fast and accurate service
- Positive communication skills to coworkers and customers
- Work in a team environment with a team first mindset
- Responsible handling of money
- POS knowledge & operation
- Adapting to role changes throughout Taproom (Server, Host, Bartender)
- Pouring & serving beer, wine, cider and cocktails
- Fostering a welcoming, warm and inclusive environment
- Following “Serving It Right” guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean work environment

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- At least 1 year serving or bartending (preferred)
- Willingness to learn
- Any beer/brewery knowledge is an asset but not required
