Casamiento is seeking a dedicated and experienced line cook. This is a unique opportunity to work with passionate and dedicated chef(s) making modern central American/Mexican food. Our focus is on simplicity, consistency and delicious goodness. This a perfect position for part timers looking to supplement their kitchen experience.

Role and Responsibilities

The line cook is responsible for execution of service, assembly of food and mínimal prep. We highly encourage creativity and looking for self motivated people to contribute to the menu and staff culture.

Casamiento is hiring for full time and part time employees. Hourly compensation is between $18.00 and $21.00 plus tips, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring the restaurant has sufficient stock for the days food service
- Preparing menu items to order
- Maintaining a high degree of organization and cleanliness
- High fives

Skills and Qualifications
- Possess 1-2 years of culinary experience
- Has passion for their work and is looking for career advancement within an industry leading organization
- Geeks out on food
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
- Has comprehensive knowledge of provincial and municipal public health standards and the ability to meet and exceed them
