**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support the insurance team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Sell and manage Habitational, Auto, and Travel insurance policies.
- Respond to insurance inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with retention and growth of an existing book of business.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and development.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- **Minimum CAIB Level II license**.
- Previous experience in habitational insurance and supervisory roles.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a conscientious approach to work.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applied EPIC.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
