**Customer Service Representative (French/English)**

We have immediate contract employment opportunity for 5 bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) for one of our Fortune 100 Insurance clients.

**Here’s what you’ll do**
- Being a knowledge leader on our policies, products, services, and initiatives
- Respond to calls from members, answering their questions and resolving any issues they have
- Performing other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by your manager

**Here’s what you’ll need**
- **Previous CSR experience is required**:

- **Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written in French & English is essential **as this position will be dealing directly with our French speaking customers
- **Hybrid role where you will go 3 days in the office and 2 days you are remote in downtown Montreal location.**:

- Experience leading and mentoring team members
- Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and good trouble shooting skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Be available between 8 AM and 8 PM EST

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $29.00-$32.00 per hour
