**What You’ll Do**:

- Work with clients to find the best mortgage products that fit their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners
- Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the mortgage journey
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, mortgage products, and market conditions
- Assist with document collection and ensure everything is in order for approval
- Help clients with pre-approvals, refinancing, and other mortgage-related services

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a mortgage broker (or relevant industry experience)
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, rates, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A client-first attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
