**Marketing Data Analyst **is

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and present pertinent customer insights to key stakeholders to enhance and guide effective decision making and drive results; provide strategic recommendations for segments, campaigns, engagement etc. to continuously improve online and in-store sales performance
- Present reports and analytical results to key business stakeholders, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations
- Recommend marketing programs that build awareness, drive customer demand, grow customer base, and advance Warehouse One’s brand
- Drive the growth of the CRM marketing database and related technologies, including exploring and recommending new tools and programs (both online and offline) that would be beneficial to the business
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer database architecture and available data to be used in CRM and other campaigns
- Prepare and conduct customer focus groups or customer surveys as required
- Participate in the integration process of new technology vendors as it relates to the area of responsibilities, including learning new platforms and campaign management tools
- Champion innovative analytical ideas that enable new opportunities

**Requirements**:

- bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business administration or commerce or equivalent experience
- experience working with the Google Analytics ecosystem
- experience with and understanding of database marketing processes including data feeds, segmentation, analysis, as well as familiarity with the Canadian legal requirements surrounding database marketing
- experience working with CRM programs (Salesforce MarketingCloud, Cognos, Smartmerch, IBM)
- excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, oral and written communication skills
- ability to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely
- advanced MS Office skills (Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- advanced Excel skills (ability to use PivotTables, V-Look Up functions)
- demonstrated ability to show initiative and bring new ideas forward
- flexibility and ability to prioritize independently
