The branch office in **Port Robinson, ON** is looking for a detail oriented, organized and analytical **Document Control Clerk** to join the team.

**Summary of the Role**:
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager and Area Manager, the Document Control Clerk will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company Quality policies, programs and practices in respect of the various and required codes and standards on company work projects and fabrications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Control of the Corporate QA documentation (Manuals, procedures, instructions etc.) issued to Port Robinson, ensuring only current revisions are in use.
- Ensure all essential documentation affecting item quality (including, but not limited to, Fabrication Drawings, Welding Procedure Specifications, Inspection and Test Plans, etc.) is properly issued and controlled to applicable personnel in accordance with ESFL Document Control Procedure(s). Ensure only approved and current revisions are issued.
- Assist the Quality Assurance Department in the preparation of work packages and QC Report templates.
- Compile final History Files and Dockets prior to shipment of fabricated items; ensure documents contained within are complete, legible, and collated in accordance with ESFL standards.
- Ensure approved QA Records are archived, converted into digital format, and retained, in accordance with applicable Standard/Code requirements and ESFL Document Control Procedures.
- Assist/participate in external audit process by retrieving requested documents and records.
- Maintain, update project Document Control Logs. Stamp, file, receive documents from customers, and issue, distribute internally and to suppliers.

**Key Requirements, Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative capacity is required. Experience in a Construction, Fabrication, Manufacturing or Industrial environment is an asset.
- College Diploma in Administrative discipline is preferred.
- Previous Document Management experience is an asset.
- Solid working ability and knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required
- Experience using various tools and functions of Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge or awareness of various Q.A./Q.C. Codes/Standards is beneficial (CSA N285, N286, N299, ASME Section III, VIII, ISO 9001) is beneficial.
- Background with inspection and construction operations is required.
- Excellent Communicator (both written & verbal).
- Strong analytical and document review abilities.
