Blue-Con Excavating Ltd. is seeking experienced deep utilities equipment operators to join our team.

These individuals will contribute to a positive and safe working environment while helping maximize productivity. We have highly mobile teams; reliable transportation is an absolute requirement.

Qualifications:

- Must be a team player, clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Reliable and dependable.
- Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment, and how to optimize equipment performance.
- Experience working in the sewer and water industry and looking to advance (providing you have the required pre-qualifications for advancement).
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings and documents is a definite asset.
- Ground Disturbance Certification

**Responsibilities**:

- Excavates the Mainline Trench in a safe and productive manner.
- Is an integral part of a crew that is passionate to ensure all work is executed as per the design specifications.
- Participates in tool box meetings, job hazard assessments, and follows all safety procedures.
- Adapts and applies experience to new situations and challenges.
- Uses heavy equipment to excavate, back-fill, and handle materials within the job-site.
