**Job Summary**
Small office seeking a Dentist to join our dental practice. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. New grads welcome to apply Start time flexible in 2025.

Days available for dental associate position:
Tuesday 8am-5pm

Friday 8am-3pm

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals (not a necessity), and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Manage pediatric cases with a compassionate approach to ensure a positive experience for younger patients.

**Qualifications**
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. We are a small office which highlights a close caring relationship with our patients.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a positive work environment.

Pay: $87,725.12-$338,355.80 per year

Expected hours: 14 per week
