Manager - Virtual Vehicle Advisory Team

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Manager for the Virtual Vehicle Advisory Team** to lead and inspire a group of in-office vehicle advisors. This team provides exceptional client service by virtually advising clients on extending the useful life of their vehicles and collaborating with our network of iQ Service Providers to ensure seamless service delivery. Advisors use digital vehicle inspection (DVI) reports to communicate and educate clients on necessary maintenance and repairs while driving sales of tires, rims, preventative maintenance services, and reactive repairs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**:
- Manage and lead an in-office team of vehicle advisors, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver outstanding client service.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

- Oversee the use of DVI reports to communicate and educate clients on vehicle repair needs.
- Ensure advisors effectively guide clients on extending their vehicle's lifespan through preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.

- Facilitate effective communication between advisors and the iQ Service Providers to ensure clients receive timely and accurate services.
- Coordinate with service providers to align on client needs and service expectations.

- **Sales and Product Promotion**:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote tires, rims, preventative maintenance services, and reactive repairs to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales tactics with overall business goals.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to enhance cross-selling and upselling.

- **Operational Excellence**:
- Optimize tools, workflows, and communication strategies for the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regularly review and refine the use of digital vehicle inspection technology for client engagement and education.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Analyze team performance and sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on team achievements, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team in a customer service or sales-focused environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair services, tires, and rims.
- Familiarity with digital vehicle inspection tools and virtual client engagement strategies is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
