**Job Overview**
As a Thrift Store Manager, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide affordable goods to the community while promoting sustainability through the resale of donated items while raising money to support patient care at Peace Arch Hospital. You will be responsible for recruitment of staff and volunteers, financial performance, customer service and ensuring the store operates smoothly. This position requires leadership skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and the ability to create and maintain a positive working environment for staff, volunteers and customers

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is required
- Previous experience hiring and working with volunteers
- Some budgeting and financial experience
- Human resource experience
- Successful leadership experience
- Familiarity with retail store management practices and customer service
- Strong training development skills to onboard new staff and volunteers effectively.
- Computer skills in word, Excel, Social media, Canva and photoshop
- Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with staff, volunteers, customers, donors, Board and community

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
