DO YOU LOVE WINE?

Busy wine & beer making store requires a passionate, mature and energetic person. The position will involve retail as well as winery work. This position can be fast paced and challenging and require a passion for customer service. A love of wine is essential.

This position would work at both Noble Grape Coldbrook and Noble Grape Kingston.

Approximately 32 to 44 hours per week. Some overtime required during our busy season.

Do not expect your usual retail job, it’s fast, it’s fun, and you learn a lot about wine and beer

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist customers in finding products and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is beneficial

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting/moving heavy items.
