**Part-Time Wine Merchant - Key Holder**

Magnotta Winery is seeking a passionate and customer-focused **Part-Time Wine Merchant - Key Holder** to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in delivering an outstanding customer experience, from first interaction to lasting impression.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional service and assist customers in product selection
- Offer informed suggestions on wine and food pairings
- Handle Point of Sale (POS) transactions and end-of-day sales reconciliation
- Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures
- Support merchandising and stock management
- Execute marketing and operational initiatives as directed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Lift and move product (up to 25 kg as required)

**Availability Requirements**:

- Must be available for **afternoons, evenings**, and **alternate weekends**:

- **Steel-toe footwear** is required for safety purposes

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of retail key holder experience**:

- Previous knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits is considered an asset
- **Smart Serve Certification** (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for customer service
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment
